Charming, French, enlightening. Carine is a fantastic instructor who, with a few exercises and a lot of positive energy, has helped me achieve the best body awareness ever. I can't recommend it highly enough. I can correct my posture thanks to the newfound body awareness. Everyone should book this course and bring along two girlfriends. A wonderful ladies' evening awaits them, including champagne!
